Overview The Shipper role at BD Diesel Performance is responsible for ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely preparation and dispatch of outbound shipments to customers and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities Verify customer orders, purchase orders, and outbound materials to ensure shipment accuracy.
Prepare, package, label, and stage outbound shipments, including small parcel and palletized freight.
Perform final packaging processes including sealing, wrapping, and palletizing shipments.
Generate and verify shipping documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipment confirmations.
Route shipments through carrier systems, coordinate pickups, and manage shipment dispatch schedules.
Accurately finalize shipments within the ERP system and maintain complete records.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and packaging equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain organized shipping areas and support loading operations as required.
Communicate shipment updates with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
Cross‑train and provide operational support across both shipping and receiving functions as required.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in shipping or warehouse operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
Experience working with ERP or warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency using computers, scanners, tablets, and warehouse systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
Legal Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Pay: $20–22
Per Hour.
