Reach Forklift Operator​/Warehouse Associate

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well established health products manufacturer. Our client is seeking two dependable Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to join their warehouse team.

The role and work environment are consistent with warehouse operations supporting GMP regulated manufacturing.

• Safely operate Counterbalance forklifts, Reach Trucks, and Electric Pallet Jacks
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
• Complete shipping and receiving activities
• Use RF scanners to process inventory transactions
• Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Follow all GMP, safety, and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanners
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with an excellent attendance record
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
• GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset

• Lift up to 55 lbs
• Stand and walk throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment

• Steel toe boots
• Respirator or mask (provided)
• Medical clearance for respirator fit testing
• WHMIS certification
• Criminal background check
• Drug and alcohol testing

• Regular mask need to be worn in teh facility
• Require medicle note stating you are fit to work and free from communicable disease.
• WHMIS certification

• Full-time, stable Monday to Friday schedule
• Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 to $24.00
