Full-time position, with consideration for a job share arrangement (one part-time youth pastor and another part-time schools and community worker).

The full-time salary is £24,000 to £27,500 depending on qualifications and experience, plus work-related expenses and enrolment into a pension scheme.

Bryn Sion Baptist Church, Aberdare, is looking to appoint a Youth Pastor. This is an exciting opportunity to serve Jesus Christ, working with young people in a supportive church family, our wider community, and in local schools.

We are looking for a leader with a pastoral heart for young people and a passion to reach out to young people beyond the church community. Someone with experience of building good personal relationships with young people, and who will take the lead role in developing our youth ministry and team of volunteers.
