We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a leading specialist provider working within a vibrant primary school in Aberdare. This full‑time, long‑term position offers a rewarding opportunity to support children with complex learning difficulties in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Provide general classroom support to enhance learning experiences for all pupils
• Work closely with the Class Teacher to develop engaging, inclusive lesson plans
• Support children with very complex learning difficulties, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs
• Assist with behavioural and emotional support strategies
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Promote positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Previous experience working with children with complex learning needs or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and patience in a dynamic classroom setting
• Relevant qualifications in education, SEND, or childcare are desirable
• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s development and inclusion
