Weetabix - Deeside is seeking a Lead Shift Engineer to lead a multiskilled engineering team on a 24/7 FMCG site. You will supervise maintenance across process, packaging and utilities, prioritise tasks, and guide engineering responses to downtime and faults, while ensuring safety and quality.
You will provide technical leadership, coordinate contractors, drive improvements, and mentor engineers to enhance reliability and performance on shift.
