Job Matcha is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator based at the Waterton Training Centre in Bridgend, UK. This role involves providing first-line support, logging service requests, and assisting customers via phone and email.
The ideal candidate will possess previous helpdesk experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of turning permanent, offering a supportive team environment and opportunities on a high-profile Transport for Wales contract.
