• Delivery Management:
  Oversee digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements, deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Act as the primary coordination point between internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners when required.
• Progress Monitoring:
  Track project milestones, task completion, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery performance using project management tools.
• Risk and Issue Management:
  Identify delivery risks, operational challenges, resource constraints, and project dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Workflow Optimization:
  Review existing processes and recommend improvements that reduce delays, minimize duplication, and increase team productivity.
• Resource Coordination:

• Agile Project Support:
