Aberdare (MUST live within commutable distance)
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 07:45-16:30 | Friday 07:45-13:00
Salary:
Salary negotiable depending on experience
We are looking for an experienced Production Operative to join an established electronics manufacturer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and wiring of electronic/electrical products, working from drawings, wiring diagrams and build instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Wiring and box build assembly
- Cutting, stripping, crimping and terminating cables/wires
- Fitting connectors and electrical/electronic components
- Cable preparation and assembly
- Mechanical assembly of units and enclosures
- Working from drawings, wiring diagrams and build instructions
- Inspection of completed assemblies to required quality standards
- Completing relevant production documentation
- Wiring / electrical assembly
- Box build or panel wiring
- Cable, loom or harness assembly
- Crimping and termination
- Electronic or mechanical assembly
- Soldering
Candidates should have good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work within a manufacturing environment.
HoursThis is a day-shift position with an early finish every Friday:
Monday-Thursday: 07:45-16:30
Friday: 07:45-13:00
Salary & Benefits- £12.71-£12.81 per hour depending on experience
