At Magnera, we're seeking motivated Production Shift Operators to join our manufacturing team in Aberdare. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing organisation where your contribution makes a real difference every day.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Production Shift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Packing, assembling, bagging and preparing products for storage
- Monitoring product quality and identifying defects
- Completing production and performance reporting
Supporting line changeovers and production restarts - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern over 3 weeks with a shift allowance:
- 07:00 - 15:00
- 15:00 - 23:00
- 23:00 - 07:00
Applicants must be able to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends as required.
