ResponsibilitiesThis full-time position will track, support and coordinate enrolling Allan Myers' CDL Drivers into CDL training courses. The role will support the safety department by entering training data, running reports and coordinating logistics for various training programs.
- Perform logistical activities to support CDL trainings, including coordinating and reserving meeting space both internally and with outside vendors, sending training invitations, tracking responses and following up on training invites, food ordering, booking hotel room reservations and other delivery support as needed.
- Assist with video teleconferencing, setting up equipment and meetings.
- Assemble materials for training classes and activities.
- Process course enrollments and all attendance sheets for training classes.
- Communicate with employees via various systems including phone, email, media message system and the learning management system. Update employee information and track text message responses.
- Prepare and distribute training course advertisements, class materials, mailings, rosters.
- Perform miscellaneous reporting such as records of courses taken and records of classes scheduled.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
$50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.

Qualifications Education and Experience- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or a related field or three years of directly related Human Resource or administration, event management or planning experience preferred.
- Experience in the Construction Industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in planning and scheduling.
- Adaptable, analytical, and detail oriented.
- Ability to influence and negotiate.
- Knowledge of creative and innovative approaches to learning a plus.
- Excellent project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solve and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Up to 25 lbs lifting and up to 25 lbs carrying.
- Reaching, bending, and kneeling.
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
- Work environment requires occasional evenings.
- Some travel to offsite business units and jobsites may be required.
