A Typical DayAs a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a positive experience across in‑person, phone, and virtual interactions.
Qualifications (Requirements)- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules and/or at multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer
- Ensure all client needs are met during service via in‑person, phone, or virtual interactions
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range$11.00 – $27.00 per hour – local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions consider experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may enroll in medical coverage, prescription drug coverage, the 401(k) plan, the Employee Assistance Program, virtual fitness center programs, and the associate discount program.
