Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Role OverviewThe Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the management of the flow of resources between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet contract requirements. You will run a warehouse that stores, sends, and received Information Technology hardware for use by DoD customers. It involves supervising the integration of information flow, material handling, production, packaging, inventory, transportation, warehousing, and often security.
GeneralSkillset
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Experience with material handling, inventory control, and warehousing operations
- Proficiency in transportation coordination and resource allocation
- Familiarity with VSAT SATCOM and baseband communication systems
- Understanding of NIPR, SIPR, and Third Data Packages
- Ability to integrate and manage information flow effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with packaging and production logistics
- Ability to ensure security compliance in logistics operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) is preferred.
- 4+ years of logistics experience
- Know how to perform asset tracking.
- Know how to ship assets commercially and through the military system.
- Have knowledge of military logistics requirements.
- Have knowledge of asset-tracking software
