Daybrook Kitchen & Bath is a rapidly growing brand dedicated to crafting durable, maintenance‑free bath remodeling fixtures. We are seeking an experienced Show & Events Coordinator to expand our presence across the Baltimore market.

• Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators for events.
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down.
• Schedule free in‑home consultations at events and shows.
• Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule consultations.
• Measure and report event results.

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
