The System Engineer Senior supports all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond, adhering to DoD guidance, IEEE 1220 standards, and PM PNT established processes for the Program Executive Office Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors Program Management Office Position, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT).

• Independently supports and contributes to the development and maintenance of comprehensive systems engineering documentation, including plans for configuration, risk, and integration.
• Actively participate in and contribute to all PM PNT program reviews, providing technical expertise and driving resolution of identified issues.
• Independently perform tasks such as requirements development and derivation, systems design and architecture, modeling and simulation, and hardware/software validation.
• Lead efforts in identifying and assessing improvements to existing products and exploring emerging PNT technologies, with the responsibility to ensure technical feasibility within cost and schedule constraints.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
• Seven (7) years of related experience.
• TS/SCI Clearance
