Executive Systems Engineer Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

The Lockwood Group is currently pursuing a contract providing program support to the Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Systems Engineer to support the program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

• Support all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond, adhering to DoD guidance, standards, and established processes.
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities from products.
• Lead complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging war fighting capabilities.
• Responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating program-level risks, driving innovation in technologies, and ensuring alignment with modernization priorities.
• Represent the program at key technical forums and will be responsible for mentoring and developing the technical expertise of the systems engineering team.
• Have a deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.

• Fifteen (15) years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related scientific or technical discipline.
• Active Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
