OVERVIEW

Security Clearance: DoD Secret

Salary: Commensurate with Education/Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial and Resource Management:
    Support a wide range of planning, evaluation, review, and prioritization of technical and financial resource activities associated with assigned programs.
  • Cost Analysis & Forecasting:
    Support Government cost analysis, forecasting, and planning, including support of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) / Budget Estimate Submission (BES), and other cost functions for assigned programs.
  • Program Support:
    Provide support for program, planning, evaluation, and financial management functions across the program life cycle.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:
    Coordinate with Program Managers, PEO staff, DA staff, other services, and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.
  • Financial Systems Operations:
    Work with the requiring activity to support the Program Objective Estimate (POE) development, and work with SOMARDS and GFEBS to process financial transactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred Fields:
    Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial/Accounting.
  • Experience:

    3 to 10 years of financial experience working within the DOD environment.
  • Substitution: 5 additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. OR 1 academic year at a technical school in an accredited business-related program can substitute for 1 year of experience.
