Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor, is seeking a Budget Analyst/Financial Management Support in Aberdeen, MD.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 15 years in accounting and 5 years in government budgetary systems.
• Basic understanding of DoD Audit Policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense audit policies and procedures including:
  Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP);
  Dormant Account Review – Quarterly (DAR-3 Q) Tool;
  Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC); and DoD Audit Readiness initiatives.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day resolution of ULOs, open invoices, UMTs, IDOCs, sales order errors, open commitments, and open collections; monitor and provide updated status on actions regularly for reporting to ASA(ALT) ARD.
• Assist with historical fact finding for audit sampling; assist PMs with audit related needs; provide administrative support such as gathering responses from information requests, quality control and configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensuring all aspects follow agency guidelines.
• Secret Clearance.

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret security clearance.
• Successful completion of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening, and Credit Check.
