OverviewWe are looking for a Program Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services (to include accounting, budgeting, cost analysis, systems analysis, manpower analysis, fiscal policy, program analysis, administrative support, audit readiness, and training) to the Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) G8.The mission of the CECOM G8 is to provide optimal and responsive Resource Management solutions that support the integration and sustainment of C5
ISR readiness for the Army. Our Communications Specialist will work closely with leadership to author, edit, and review internal and external correspondence for the CECOM G8 Directorate.

- Author, analyze, and examine memorandums, presentations, talking points, and correspondence originating from the CECOM G8 Directorate.
- Validate official correspondence’s compliance with U.S. Army writing standards for accuracy and clarity.
- Review, edit, and standardize internal content, such as handbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and position requirement documents (PRDs).
- Capture meeting minutes and prepare executive summaries.
- Receive and process operations orders (OPORDs) and prepare subsequent plans.
- Produce, update, and distribute tutorials and training material.
- Develop, manage and organize communication activates including writing internal organizational updates, directives and policy initiatives.
- Craft talking points, slides and other communication for the Office of the Director
- Collaborate and consult Government Leadership regarding strategic communication.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, including responses to Army Materiel Command (AMC) and/or CECOM official taskers, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Act as point of contact for various projects, collect pertinent information, work with government leads, craft final product.
- Facilitate meetings between contractor work and government personnel within technical writer portfolio.
- Lead and direct technical and administrative project team.
- Facilitate sessions to effectively resolve issues if any.
- Execute and monitor project activities.
- Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions.
Skills/
Qualifications:
- Experience with Army Communication Doctrine and Regulations desired, such as ADP 6-0 and DA PAM 25-50.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong written communication skills is required.
Education and Experience:
- B.A./B.S. Degree is desired
- 3-5 years of Written Communications experience
