Job Description: We are seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC or CF) to work with students across a variety of settings near Aberdeen, Maryland. These roles will involve assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with educators and families to support student success. Candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.

• Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations for school-based therapy.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Maryland SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred, but CF (Clinical Fellow) candidates will be considered.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
