Position Summary ANSER is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support JPEO-CBRND's Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. In this role you will ensure partner nations receive timely and effective CBRNE defense capabilities through coordinated acquisition and lifecycle management. Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Track program milestones and execution across FMS cases.
* Support planning and sustainment for Partner Nation projects.
* Analyze program requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
* Develop and maintain records of FMS activities and sales cases.
* Coordinate with Combatant Commands, DSCA, and DASA DEC.
* Support acquisition planning and life cycle logistics activities.
* Facilitate communication between U.S. and Partner Nation stakeholders.
* Manage budgets and monitor resource allocations.
* Conduct consequence management and technical escort operations analysis.
* Support design and delivery of sustainment and training strategies.

Required Qualifications:

* Active Secret clearance.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, International Relations or similarly related field.
* 5 or more years of experience supporting CBRNE operations and consequence management; military experience preferred.
* 5 or more years of experience with CBRNE consequence management and technical escort operations.
* Experience with program management and tracking abilities.
* Experience with FMS case management and DoD acquisition processes.
