The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.

Ensure customers have a Legendary shopping experience that sets us apart from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete tasks.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between store locations in personal vehicle required.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment following safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Occasional overhead lifting.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers and cash registers.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and cash registers (forklift and baler not for under 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move throughout the store efficiently.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina to move safely and quickly.
