About the RoleArch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecoms Core Values. MAs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the first focus, building new and deepening existing relationships.
This learning role expects you to build the required skills and expertise in preparation for promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store.
- Side‑by‑side sell to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and up‑and‑coming IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, actively demonstrating coverage, plan benefits and device troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner across channels, including business and customer service, to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
- Identify and hand‑off small‑business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and demonstrate accountability for company success.
- Enjoy a good time while providing first‑class customer experience.
- A strong desire to learn, master required skills and build meaningful customer connections.
- Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals.
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school degree or GED.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Full‑time (40 hrs) or part‑time (20+ hrs) availability.
