- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through each step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service while actively monitoring inventory and driving in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
