Position Summary ANSER is seeking a Strategic Communication Lead to plan, implement, and manage comprehensive communication strategies for JPEO-CBRND. In this role you will ensure alignment across DoD organizations and supporting senior leadership outreach. Day to Day Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic communication plans for JPEO-CBRND.
* Write speeches, talking points, video scripts, and outreach materials.
* Plan and manage conferences, ceremonies, and stakeholder events.
* Conduct communication gap analyses and implement synchronization plans.
* Coordinate messaging across multiple DoD entities.
* Review and edit executive correspondence and publications.
* Develop monthly deliverables including speeches, letters, and awards.
* Mentor staff on communication best practices.
* Provide counsel to senior leaders on engagement and public affairs.
* Support up to 11 CONUS trips annually for events and coordination.

Required Qualifications
* Active Secret Security Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree
* 10 or more years of experience supporting or working with CBRN related programs
* Experience in the CBDP enterprise working with a Program Office on a program of record
* Experience developing documentation required for acquisition strategy, testing strategies, master schedules and similar documents
* Experience with chemical and biological threats either through education or work history
* Experience in deploying CBDP systems in oversees international military locations Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
