Maintenance Technician

Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance.

• HVAC - preventative maintenance, repair, and installation
• Make readies
• Turns and work orders
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Appliance repair
• Excellent customer service experience required
• Must be willing to be on call one week at a time on a rotation basis

• HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience
• General maintenance knowledge
• Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to work well with minimal supervision
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• General knowledge of safety rules and regulations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Must have own tools
