Delivery Specialist (no CDL) – Frito‑Lay

OverviewDelivery Specialists are critical to our success at Frito‑Lay. Our Delivery Specialists are responsible for safely operating a box truck to transport product to and from specified destinations that sell our most‑loved products. Although you will start out as a Delivery Specialist for Frito‑Lay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, Pepsi Co.
Responsibilities- Delivering product to assigned route stores
- Unloading and loading product from trailers and/or box trucks
- Checking in orders with store receiver
- You are 21 years of age or older
- You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off‑shift
- Required work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensure as required by state law
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
