Position Overview
Maintain community nourishment by supporting warehouse operations as a Forklift Operator
.
Ensure product replenishment, inventory tracking, and safe handling of merchandise to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment, stack and rotate items, and stage products for storage or shipment.
Follow all safety protocols, including lifting and handling products weighing up to 60 lbs, often at various heights and temperatures.
Provide reliable support in a fast-paced environment to keep community needs met.
Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and transport merchandise within the warehouse.
- Accurately track inventory using handheld technology.
- Stack, rotate, and stage products efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers safely.
- Adhere to safety procedures and handle products with care.
- At least one year of material handling equipment experience.
- Strong safety awareness and compliance.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for community support.
- Ability to follow safe operating procedures and lift safely.
Stand, bend, lift, and pivot for up to 90% of shifts, working in temperatures from refrigerated to frozen environments.
