Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Overtime:
Frequent overtime is required

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Picker to join a busy warehouse team in Aberdeen, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience and Order Picker operating experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, great attendance, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

• Operate an Order Picker to access and pull materials from various warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Experience operating an Order Picker.
• Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations.
• Dependable, motivated, and able to follow directions well.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

• Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
