Description of the **
The Accounts Payable & Receivable position at Auto Maxx of Aberdeen involves managing the financial transactions of the company in relation to suppliers and customers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
- Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment-related inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prior experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive compensation of $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Payment made semi-monthly
