Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Monitor the Hosting infrastructure stack as part of Epic Hosting
• Respond swiftly to problems and perform investigative and troubleshooting across tools to identify and resolve routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation issues
• Communicate issues to contacts from healthcare organizations, assess impact, and assist with system builds

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• A history of academic and professional success
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative, and leadership abilities
• Available to work second or third shift hours
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination

• Knowledge of Internet networking protocols and tools like TCP/IP, ping, and trace route
• Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS
• CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification
• Knowledge of VMware
