Preferred qualifications:5+ years leading ISO audits, demonstrated leadership in high-performance teams, and experience in strategic development, operational excellence, and lean methodologies.
High Value:Manufacturing environment in Aberdeen, SD; focus on regulatory standards, FAA PMA oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives; up to 10% travel; relocation possible.
