Job SummaryAvera St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality nursing care to patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Position Details- Location: Avera St. Luke's Hospital
- Work Shift: Primarily days with night, weekend, and holiday on‑call involvement (United States of America)
- Worker Type: Regular (Full‑time)
- Pay Range: $33.50 – $46.50 per hour (actual based on experience)
- Benefits: PTO available day 1, up to 5% employer matching retirement contribution, career development resources

- Provide patient care according to physician prescriptions and nursing care plans
- Develop nursing care plans based on patient assessments and nursing diagnoses
- Teach patients and families healthcare requirements and self‑care skills
- Evaluate patient care outcomes and modify plans as needed
- Maintain a safe and secure patient care environment per infection‑control policies and medication protocols
- Document patient care services in records
- Maintain equipment and supplies, troubleshoot breakdowns, and coordinate repairs
- Maintain competency in nursing skills as required by leadership

Required Education, License/Certification- Registered Nurse (RN) – active state nursing license upon hire
- 1–3 years of experience working in a clinical environment
