Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on a Med Surg unit, requiring a SD or compact state RN license and night shift availability.
Responsibilities- Work in the Med Surg unit with telemetry focus
- Hospital setting caring for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Night shifts with 12-hour schedule
- 13-week contract assignment
- No on-call requirements
- Provide care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring on a Med Surg unit
- Role does not require holiday on-call coverage
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Active SD or compact RN license required
- Previous telemetry or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed
