American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications and 2 years of ICU experience.
Requirements- Active SD or compact RN license in hand
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
- Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
- Manage total patient care for ICU patients including septic shock, post-PCI, respiratory failure, overdose, STEMI, NSTEMI, and post-operative cases
- Manage drips, vents, and arterial lines
- Night shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
- Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week assignment at 36 hours, no 48-hour weeks
- No prior Avera or Sanford permanent employees may apply
- Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not allowed
