This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a passion for maintaining operational excellence while fostering team growth and efficiency. The position is responsible for being the job site team leader for the seasonal work crews performing general maintenance work, including building and grounds maintenance, cleaning restrooms and vault toilets, tree planting, chainsaw work, small construction projects, weeding, mowing, weed wracking, and operating mowers, trucks, and skid steers.

• Ability to work independently and/or lead a crew
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Manage time well
• Successful in a variety of weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required

• Some experience working with the public, supervising crews, cleaning buildings, and using equipment involved with grounds and building maintenance.
