Crew Member​/Shift Lead

We are hiring full- and part‑time crew members, including shift leads. All shifts are currently available. Café hours are Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–9 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m.–9 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Pay depends on experience; raises are performance‑based, and employees also receive tips. Applicants must be 14 years or older. We do not use fryers and can offer career advancement opportunities. Employees enjoy food and drink discounts.

• Interacts with crew members and customers using "Tropitude" – the TSC mojo that creates a positive atmosphere.
• Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepares ingredients for our food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies prepared to TSC’s standards.
• Uses our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the café.
• Operates the register, taking orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Constant face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast‑paced café environment.
• Ability to multi‑task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

• Most shifts are between four and eight hours; shift length may vary.
• Crew members can expect early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and holiday hours.
• Compliance with the TSC uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
• Fun, fast‑paced, upbeat environment with no fryers.
