Outside Sales Representative
Rivercity Insurance And Financial Services is looking for dedicated Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
Pay RangeBase pay range: $ / yr - $ / yr. Additional compensation: annual bonus and commission. Commission-based compensation (1099).
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify clients' insurance needs.
- Present and explain insurance policies to prospective clients.
- Thrive in a lead-driven environment with NO COLD CALLING.
- Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Commission-based compensation (1099).
