• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Parts Experience
  - Heavy Equipment experience preferred.

• Fulfills customer orders
• Knowledge of equipment from all DMI carrier brands
• Maintains a high level of customer service through in-person interaction and phone calls
• Analyzes stocks, estimates usage, and prepares order forms
• Troubleshoot customer parts problems and identify solutions
• Create an environment of efficiency and enjoyment
