Job SummaryNorthern State University is accepting applications for the Wide Receivers coaching position. The Wide Receivers coach plays a vital role within the college football program, coaching the wide receivers and ensuring the team performs at its best during games. The coach will be evaluated based on competitiveness, dedication to program values, student‑athlete development, and building a mentorship subculture.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching wide receivers during practices and games.
- Ensuring team performance and competitive success.
- Evaluating and developing player skills and game strategy.
- Coordinating football camps and associated logistics.
- Organizing and maintaining compliance with NCAA, NSIC, and University rules and regulations.
- Collaborating with the Head Coach on training, game plans, and additional duties as assigned.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Deep knowledge of offensive football strategies and analytics.
- Decision‑making abilities with a commitment to compliance.
- Dedication to academic development of student‑athletes.
