Mixed Tax Semi Senior

A leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Aberdeen is looking to welcome a Mixed Tax Semi Senior to their growing team, offering flexible working, a company pension, and much more. The successful candidate will work across a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, gaining exposure to compliance and advisory work while building strong technical skills in a mixed tax environment.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

• Preparing personal and corporate tax returns for a varied client portfolio
• Assisting with tax planning and advisory projects under supervision
• Liaising with HMRC and clients on tax queries
• Supporting senior staff with compliance deadlines
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Studying towards ATT/CTA or equivalent tax qualification
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
• Keen interest in developing a career in mixed tax
