Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)
- Prepare invoices, receipts and payment vouchers
- Process staff expense claims and petty cash
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Assist with month-end closing and support the annual audit and tax filing
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Diploma or above in Accounting or a related discipline
- At least 5 years' hands-on bookkeeping experience, preferably in a trading company or SME; a stable work record preferred
- Careful, well-organised and detail-minded; able to follow established procedures closely
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word;
Chinese word processing - Experience with accounting software and willingness to learn our systems (including Odoo ERP at a later stage)
- Good Cantonese and fair written English for handling invoices and documents;
Mandarin an advantage
