nexos is seeking a Payroll & Timewriting Lead to deliver accurate, timely payroll and timekeeping operations across the organisation. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with PAYE/NI and pensions, and lead a team of payroll professionals in a multi-site environment.
You will also manage timekeeping systems, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes while partnering with HR, Finance, and operations to optimise data integrity and reporting.
