** Aberdeen,
** you’ll be responsible for:
* Supporting 23 William Wilson branches across Scotland
* Assist the Management Accountant & Finance Manager with weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reporting requirements
* Processing branch banking's and resolving any resulting queries
* Coding & processing direct debits, standing orders & online payments
* Preparation of bank reconciliations
* Petty cash management
* Recording of online payments and customer cheques received
* Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for management
* Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
* Maintenance of sundry sales ledger
This is a Full Time permanent position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 4.30pm with 1/2 hour lunch break.

* Experience of working to deadlines
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong Excel skills
