The Role:The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Commercial Property Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of client matters and internal processes.
Your key responsibilities will include -
- Mail and correspondence
- Dictation and document management
- Client and internal communications
- Billing and Cashroom support
- File management and archiving
- Systems and onboarding
- General administrative support
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and reliable approach
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Competence using case management and billing systems (experience with Elite and Amiqus is advantageous but not essential)
