Our Field Operations team in Kintore is looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.
Primary Tasks- Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
- Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
- Providing support with visa applications
- Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses, etc.
- Be familiar with SAP4
Hana, or other SAP modules - Be flexible and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Be approachable and helpful
- Be proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
