Location: Aberdeen City

Our Field Operations team in Kintore is looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.

Primary Tasks
  • Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
  • Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
  • Providing support with visa applications
  • Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses, etc.
Qualifications
  • Be familiar with SAP4

    Hana, or other SAP modules
  • Be flexible and able to manage conflicting priorities
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Be approachable and helpful
  • Be proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
