Finance and HR Assistant - Aberdeen The rewards
- From £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- Acting as point of contact for accounts receivable duties and payroll-related queries, liaising with employees and external providers to resolve issues efficiently and confidentially
- Supporting the HR function with onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining employee records
- Providing ad hoc administrative support including document preparation, data entry, reporting, and ad hoc invoicing
- Assisting with ongoing projects and process improvements
- Previous experience across HR administration and accounts receivable
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
