Overview

An exciting vacancy has arisen within Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, Business Support Team. We are looking to recruit an experienced individual who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities
  • Co‑ordination and provision of a comprehensive and efficient Clerical and Administration Service, supporting the ACHSCP Business Support Team.
  • Work closely alongside the Business Support Manager, participating in project work related to clinical information systems, administration protocols, Health and Safety and Fire Safety.
  • Provide day‑to‑day supervision to clerical and administration staff, delegating workload within the team and handling sensitive staffing situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Operate as a key office‑based member of the Business Support Team, offering dedicated support and working closely with the Business Support Management team.
Qualifications and Key Skills
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work in a challenging and busy environment, with strong prioritisation, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Highly organised, with good time‑management skills and the ability to adapt to an ever‑changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
