Business Support Assistant

Join our Support Services team – the operational backbone of our growing business. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

• 5 GCSEs at grades 4‑9 (Maths & English) or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, self‑motivation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong IT capabilities
• Previous administrative experience in professional or financial services is desirable but not essential – full training provided

• Reception and visitor management
• Manage post, couriers, stationery, and hospitality arrangements
• Support client administrators with scanning, document management, and correspondence
• Handle travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements
• Provide ad hoc departmental support
• Exposure to different parts of the business and opportunities to make a real impact
