Grand Arcade in Scotland is seeking an Accounts Administration Assistant to support billing, administration and process management with accuracy and attention to detail. You will work to ensure financial records are reconciled and inquiries are handled efficiently.

You will reconcile billing information, handle client invoice queries by phone and email, assist with process improvements, and perform general admin tasks in a busy office environment.
