To manage, supervise and develop school financial and administrative support services in accordance with corporate and school procedures.

PVG Membership RequirementsWith effect from 1 April 2023, where a role requires PVG membership, candidates will be required to meet the cost of the PVG membership. This applies only to roles with a full time equivalent salary of £30,000 and above. The Council will pay for the PVG membership cost initially, either £18 for existing PVG scheme members, or £59 for non-members, and this cost will be deducted from an employee’s first full month’s salary payment.
Qualifications- Standard Grade / National 4 (or equivalent qualification) in English and Mathematics, or experience of financial and administrative processes in an office environment
- Supervising a busy office
- Experience of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- High level of competency in IT
- Good financial literacy
- Management, monitoring and operating financial systems
- Being responsible for the safekeeping, accuracy and appropriate processing of a variety of information, often of a sensitive and multi-agency nature
- Reception duties
